Destillerie Purkhart selects its apricots each season from family orchards in the Danube Valley and surrounding regions. Ideal for perfecting so many classic and champagne cocktails.

The Rothman & Winter Orchard Apricot Liqueur combines
the Destillerie Purkhart's “Blume Marillen” eau-de-vie brandy with
a fruit juice made from the same Klosterneuburger apricots. The eau-de-vie
itself is famed for its delicate floral bouquet and a long, elegant finish.
For over 40 years the Purkhart family has produced their lovely eau-de-vie
that embodies the apricot orchard in full bloom. Unlike other fruit liqueurs
that can be cloyingly sweet, the Rothman & Winter delivers a sweetness
and bouquet expected when orchard ripe.
